I'm cheating terribly with this week's TTT - it turns out that although many of my favourite movies are based on books I've never read the source material so I can't really comment as to the quality of the adaptation! Instead, here are 10 of my favourite films which are based (sometimes very loosely) on novels. Titles marked with an asterisk are those which I've actually read. (Yes, it's true that I've never finished P&P!)
